• Flexible fares: Changes allowed with no fee + fare difference
• Promotional fares: May be non-changeable - check fare conditions
• Within 24 hours: Changes subject to availability and higher fees

Standard luggage allowance per passenger:

• Carry-on: 1 bag (22" x 14" x 9", under 25 lbs)
• Checked baggage: 1 stored bag (under 50 lbs)
• Additional bags: $25 per bag
• Oversized/overweight: $50 surcharge
• Sports equipment: Special handling fees may apply

Many of our modern coaches offer complimentary Wi‑Fi, though speeds can vary by region and network coverage.

• Standard fares: Refundable up to 24 hours before departure

• Processing time: 5-10 business days to original payment method

• Holiday/peak periods: 45-60 minutes early
• International routes: 45 minutes early
