These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you", "customer", "passenger") and Coach Charter Portal ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, booking a charter or using any related service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or possess parental/guardian consent to purchase services. You warrant you have authority to enter into these Terms.

Service Scope

We provide scheduled intercity coach transport, airport transfers, sightseeing tours and private charter services subject to availability and operational considerations.

Ticket Purchases & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to seat availability and confirmation.
  • Payment is due at time of booking using approved payment methods.
  • Fraud prevention checks may delay processing.

Pricing & Currency

Prices are shown in CAD unless stated. Taxes, fees or surcharges are displayed before final purchase.

Changes & Cancellations

Change and cancellation rules vary by fare type and product. Some discounted or promotional fares may be non‑refundable.

Charter Bookings

Charter quotes are estimates until accepted and deposit (if required) received. Additional charges (tolls, extended wait time, cleaning) may apply.

Check-in & Boarding

Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Seats may be released to standby passengers after cutoff. Valid ID may be required.

Baggage & Property

Standard baggage allowances apply; certain items (hazardous materials, oversized freight) are restricted. We are not liable for unchecked valuables unless required by law.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Abusive, unsafe or disruptive behavior.
  • Carriage of prohibited items or substances.
  • Interference with driver or equipment.

Delays & Disruptions

Schedules are not guaranteed. We strive to minimize delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical or operational events.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on fare rules and applicable consumer protection statutes. Charter deposits may be non‑refundable after planning commences.

Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability for proven direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Intellectual Property

All site content, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third‑party websites or services linked from our platform.

Dispute Resolution

Parties will attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal proceedings. Certain consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
